The Still Hour

FIRST WEDNESDAY MONTHLY -- Introverting with people!

This is an intentional gathering to pause, slow down and turn inward. There is a place beneath the noise, beneath the doing, beneath the constant movement of the mind. Each month, you'll be gently guided inward through visualization, followed by a shared field of silence. These guided transmissions are experienced not only individually, but within the subtle connection of the group.

The invitation is to get cozy. Leave the outside world for 60 minutes. Each month, we'll enjoy a tea that is specifically blended for the individual group, time to reflect either in our journals or with each other before heading back out into the day.
